Do you work on older Viking ranges from the 1990s and 2000s?
Yes. Pro-style Viking ranges are largely mechanical and parts support is good. Valve rebuilds, igniters, spark modules and oven controls are all serviceable on these units.
My Viking oven runs hot. Can that be corrected?
Yes. We measure actual cavity temperature, check the sensor against spec and either recalibrate the control or replace the sensor if it has drifted out of tolerance.
Are you authorized by Viking?
We're an independent repair company. We service Viking equipment regularly and source genuine parts, but if your appliance is under factory warranty you should contact Viking first so the repair is covered.
